We are hiring an Order Desk Associate to support the order management element within BenQ.
Duties & Responsibilities:
Order Desk Associates help support the entire life cycle of a BenQ Order from creation to final product delivery to the customer. This support is both transactional and analytical.
  • Process customer purchase orders within the ERP system
  • Identifying and correcting transactional order issues
  • Provide order status, tracking, and backorder reports to customers
  • Process drop shipment orders by placing PO's to vendors
  • Maintains customer relationships by responding to customer inquiries and supporting issue resolution
  • Miscellaneous tasks as needed

Required Experience, Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
  • Excellent time management, analytical, and organizational skills; strong attention to detail
  • Relationship builder with effective oral and written communication
  • Strong team player who collaborated well with others to solve problems, flexible and adaptable
  • Proficient business software skills (MS Excel, PowerPoint, ERP, Oracle)

Education:
High School Diploma required
