About The Role
The Search Engine Optimization (SEO) Manager owns the execution of agency-wide SEO projects and related products that are focused on increasing organic growth and fueling future growth for our clients. This person is successful by combining a mix of product thinking (iterative investments to execute on big ideas), technical marketing (to optimize sites for discoverability and navigation), and content science (to create high quality content at scale). This individual will partner closely with internal stakeholders to develop and execute a strategic SEO roadmap. The SEO team partners closely with our clients, internal disciplines, and marketing teams to make SEO successful and to connect offsite marketing with product experiences for our clients.
As an SEO Manager, you will...
  • Provides leadership to the SEO delivery team; including ongoing coaching and mentoring to ensure their continued development.
  • Leads internal training initiatives for all teams relating to website performance and optimization.
  • Leads key products and resources focused on SEO.
  • Participates as necessary in sales presentations and calls relating to SEO or increasing organic search engine traffic.
  • Builds strategic partnerships with clients and related product teams to drive successful growth to our clientโ€™s websites.
  • Benchmarks current state KPIs to identify enhancement opportunities and utilize data to understand the scope, impact, and priority of projects.
  • Evaluates tools and resources that assist the agency in providing positive SEO results.
  • Assists with the introduction or testing of new features that may improve organic landing experiences and website search rankings.
  • Integrates user research, market analysis, and community feedback into product requirements.
  • Informs product decisions with quantitative and qualitative data on user behavior and experimentation.
  • Owns inter-departmental collaboration for united SEO experience to our clients. Partners with client team to define and articulate SEO guidelines, principles, expectations, and goals and success metrics for each client.
  • Serves as a positive role model by representing the SAโ€™s Core Values.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications
  • Bachelorโ€™s Degree required.
  • 3+ years of product manager experience in an Agile environment, at least 2 years of management experience required

  • Extensive knowledge of SEO datasets and current tools.
  • Strong quantitative and statistical research knowledge.
Skills:
  • Self-starter with proven ability to successfully collaborate with internal stakeholders.
  • Solid presentation, interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.

Salary Grade (internal useย only) - 12

The Colorado Equal Pay for Equal Work Act requires employers in the state of Colorado to disclose the following information. If the position applied to is not located in Colorado, the following information may not apply. Salary Minimum: $88,066 Salary Maximum: $136,502.
