Job Title: Operations Support

Department: Operations

Reports To: VP of Operations

FLSA Status: Exempt

Summary: Assists with operational projects while coordinating activities of the company to obtain optimum efficiency and economy of operations and maximize profits by performing the following duties personally or through subordinate supervisors.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.


  • Training and development of new or existing staff. Providing ongoing coaching and support as needed.
  • Support company and operational initiatives as directed by management.
  • Ensuring operations staff comply with company policies, processes, and regulations
  • Providing support for customer projects, needs, and operational demands.
  • Conduct regular site visits to maintain a high standard of service.
  • Monitor and manage inventory levels of supplies and equipment at customer facilities.
