Summary

  • The Platform Operations Support Specialist provides day-to-day support to Technology and Business Leads by assisting with platform-related activities, operational reporting, documentation, and stakeholder requests.
  • This role helps ensure business operations run smoothly by coordinating issues, maintaining accurate reporting, supporting standard operating procedures, and delivering timely support across technical and business teams.


Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Support Technology and Business Leads with day-to-day platform needs and ad hoc projects
  • Augment the HUB: support business operations, issue coordination, and stakeholder requests
  • Build and maintain operational reports in Coupa
  • Ensure reporting data is accurate, timely, and useful for stakeholders
  • Assist with documentation: procedures, process guides, and support materials
  • Support maintenance and updating of standard operating procedures
  • Respond to ad hoc stakeholder requests in a timely, professional manner
  • Help track issues, requests, and operational activities across both functions
  • Support continuous improvement: streamline reporting and documentation
  • Collaborate with both technical and business teams to organize information
  • Provide flexible, general support for platform-related activities as needed


Nice to Have

  • 1+ years in reporting, operations support, business analysis, or system support
  • Strong Excel, reporting, and analytical skills
