Job Summary We are seeking an Operations Support professional to provide administrative and operational support within a financial services environment. This role is responsible for processing client documentation, supporting operational workflows, maintaining accurate records, communicating with clients, and ensuring timely and accurate completion of assigned tasks while delivering excellent customer service. Required Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, or a related field is preferred). Finance education, experience, or knowledge of financial services. Strong analytical reasoning and problem-solving skills. Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail. Customer service-focused mindset. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, and database applications. Ability to define priorities, manage multiple tasks, and work independently. Ability to quickly learn new processes and systems. Ability to work effectively under pressure while meeting deadlines. Preferred Qualifications Previous experience in loan servicing or financial operations. Prior experience in operations support or client servicing within the financial services industry.
