Job Description:

The Operations Support Associate is responsible for supporting the division’s vendors and truck drivers, as well as various administrative and accounting duties. The Operations Support Associate is responsible for placing and tracking purchase orders to ensure on-time delivery and will act as the first point of contact for drivers and vendors. Additionally, this person will support warehouse inventory, ensuring that the steel is received properly. The Operations Support Associate will assist with pulling traffic paperwork during audits.

Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or GED required.
  • 1+ year of experience in a manufacturing administrative role preferred, but not required.
  • Previous dispatch/scheduling experience a plus.
  • Working knowledge of computer systems, including Microsoft Office Suite and inventory systems.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to multitask and be flexible in workday tasks.
  • Proven mathematical and analytical skills.
