We are looking for a dynamic, organized, and proactive Business Operations Support (BOS) professional to join our team at our Houston headquarters.

Position Overview

As a Business Operations Support (BOS) team member, you will be the backbone of our daily office operations. This role requires a blend of administrative prowess, sharp problem-solving skills, and a customer-first mindset. You will work closely with various departments to streamline workflows, manage documentation, and ensure our office runs like a well-oiled machine.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Excellence: Manage day-to-day office operations, handle correspondence, greet visitors, and maintain a professional front-office environment.
  • Data & Documentation: Maintain accurate digital and physical records, update client/candidate profiles in our database, and assist with compliance tracking.
  • Workflow Coordination: Assist the management team with scheduling, preparing reports, and coordinating internal and external meetings.
  • Billing & HR Support: Provide foundational support for basic invoicing, expense tracking, and onboarding paperwork for new hires or contractors.
  • Problem Solving: Act as the go-to resource for troubleshooting minor administrative issues and optimizing daily office procedures.
Qualifications & Skills
  • Has experience in an administrative, operations support, or office management role (experience in staffing or HR environments is a plus).
