Howard Management Group Inc is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Operations Support professional to join our team in Los Angeles, CA. Responsibilities: 
  • Support day-to-day operational activities to help us stay efficient with our clients.
  • Coordinate communication between departments and team members to streamline workflows
  • Maintain accurate records, databases, and documentation for operational functions
  • Assist in scheduling, logistics coordination, and resource allocation
  • Identify operational inefficiencies and recommend process improvements
  • Respond to internal and external inquiries in a timely and professional manner.

Requirements:
 
  • Prior experience in operations, administrative support, maintenance operations and/or bookkeeping operations.
  • Strong organizational skills and attentive to detail
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite or similar productivity tools
