About the Role:

Howard Management Group Inc is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Operations Support professional to join our team in Los Angeles, CA. This is a strong opportunity to play a key role in keeping our organization running smoothly while growing your career in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

Support day-to-day operational activities to help us stay efficient with our clients.

Coordinate communication between departments and team members to streamline workflows

Maintain accurate records, databases, and documentation for operational functions

Assist in scheduling, logistics coordination, and resource allocation

Identify operational inefficiencies and recommend process improvements

Respond to internal and external inquiries in a timely and professional manner.

Requirements:

Prior experience in operations, administrative support, maintenance operations and/or bookkeeping operations.

Strong organizational skills and attentive to detail

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite or similar productivity tools

Strong written and verbal communication skills
