Manitowish Waters, WI

We're searching for an Operations Manager who feels at home in the Northwoods of Wisconsin. As a key member of EAU's Leadership team, you will help advance our vision of exceptional service for every customer and guest. This is a dynamic, hands on role that includes: upholding quality and performance standards, leading critical operational initiatives and developing a strong team to support our growing businesses.

This position is located in Manitowish Waters, WI.

Position Responsibilities

  • Meet the operational and workforce challenges of hospitality businesses.

  • Keep a highly visible profile with a "can do" leadership style to achieve exceptional results.

  • Champion innovative ideas to improve the quality of our product and service offerings.

  • Forecast staffing needs and develop approaches to attract and retain top talent.

  • Organize training programs to ensure associates deliver a high-quality customer experience.

  • Negotiate agreements and manage vendor performance.

Minimum Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree with 5 years of management experience.

  • Ability to work collaboratively across the organization and with remote departments that support the businesses.

  • Experience working with community-owned outdoor recreational assets, like bike trails.

  • Solid financial and analytical skills to identify opportunities and solve problems.
