The Business Operations Manager will oversee day-to-day administrative, bookkeeping, accounting, and financial operations at B&A Precision in Milford, CT, working in close collaboration with leadership teams at both B&A Precision and its parent company, Talon Precision. Responsibilities include managing accounts payable (AP) and accounts receivable (AR), performing financial reconciliations, supporting payroll processing and employee time tracking, maintaining accurate data in B&A Precision's ERP and accounting systems, and helping manage customer relationships and communications.

Qualifications

  • Foundational understanding of accounting, finance, budgeting, and performance metrics relevant to manufacturing or industrial environments.

  • Strong business operations and operations management skills, with experience coordinating activities across multiple functions.
