Ibotta is seeking a Manager, Business Operations to join our innovative team and contribute to our mission to Make Every Purchase Rewarding.
This dynamic position combines people, performance and project management to enable operational excellence. The Business Operations Manager will lead and develop a team, drive critical projects and initiatives forward and partner with leaders across the organization to support Business Operations' objectives and key results.
This position is located in Denver, Colorado as a hybrid position requiring 3 days in office (Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday). Candidates must live in the United States.
Not based in Denver? We will offer a relocation bonus to help make your move to the Mile High City a smooth one.
What you will be doing:
  • Recruit, lead, mentor, and develop our Business Operations team, who are responsible for managing setup, QA, launch and supporting sales and account management activities across all verticals in both managed and self-service capacities.
  • Help further define role expectations and career pathing for the team and coach for next-level readiness
  • Performance manage Business Operations team to achieve team and company goals
  • Help drive and execute the team's vision and OKRs
  • Establish process improvements
  • Partner cross-functionally with stakeholders, driving efficiencies across the organization
  • Effectively manage organizational change including adopting and rolling out new processes and tools

What we are looking for:
  • 4-6 years of experience with people management experience strongly preferred
  • Associate's or Bachelor's Degree preferred
  • Technical Skills: G Suite, Basic to Intermediate Excel and Powerpoint, Salesforce experience a plus
  • Ability to execute projects with minimal oversight
  • Must be detail-oriented and organized
  • Ability to motivate a team
  • A strong ability to demonstrate resilience and adapt to change
  • Track record of creating scalable process improvements
  • Good communication skills, including written and verbal

Additional Details:
  • This position is located in Denver, CO and includes competitive pay, flexible time off, benefits package (including medical, dental, vision), Employee Stock Purchase Program, and 401k match. Denver office perks include paid parking, snacks, and occasional meals.
  • Base compensation range: $65,000 - $75,000. Total compensation for this role also includes a variable component in addition to base salary. Equity is included in overall compensation package. This compensation range is specific to the United States labor market and may be adjusted based on actual experience.
