Job Description
The Business Operations team at Unified is responsible for the strategy, design, and optimization of Salesforce, used for pre and post sales functions. The Manager, Business Operations will own the end to end workflow, including prioritization of upcoming initiatives and liaising with business and technical resources. Key stakeholders include Advertising Operations, Sales, Sales Operations, Marketing. This role will lead, develop and manage a team of 5 resources, providing direction, prioritization and coaching to ensure consistent execution and delivery. This role will report directly to the SVP, Business Operations. This is a remote position.
Process & Workflow Ownership
  • Own the end-to-end design, documentation, and optimization of business processes and campaign workflows within Unified's order management system
  • Partner with the Product team to build a comprehensive end to end workflow
  • Proactively identify operational gaps, inefficiencies, and scalability risks; design future proof workflows to support business growth
  • Establish and maintain process standards, governance, and best practices across the team

Project Management
  • Partner with Advertising Operations, Product, Engineering, and other stakeholders to define business requirements, success metrics, and release priorities
  • Translate business needs into clear, detailed requirements, including workflow diagrams, solution designs, mockups, and acceptance criteria
  • Lead discovery sessions, solution design reviews, and stakeholder alignment for complex, cross-functional initiatives
  • Oversee testing strategy, release readiness, and approval for production deployments

Change Management
  • Own change management for system and workflow releases, ensuring smooth adoption across global teams
  • Develop and maintain training materials, documentation, and enablement programs to support new features and process changes
  • Lead training sessions and knowledge transfer for stakeholders and operations teams
  • Ensure all process collateral remains current and aligned with system behavior

People Management
  • Directly manage 5 operations resources, including workload prioritization, performance management, coaching, and career development
  • Set clear goals and expectations, ensuring consistent execution and accountability across the team
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement, operational excellence, and stakeholder partnership

Skills & Experience
  • 6-8+ years of experience in Operations, Business Operations, Process Management, or related roles
  • 3+ years of people management experience, including managing global or distributed teams
  • Proven expertise in defining, designing, and scaling business processes and workflows
  • Strong experience translating business requirements into technical solutions and partnering with engineering teams
  • Demonstrated success leading complex, cross-functional initiatives and change management efforts
  • Experience with Salesforce and/or order management systems strongly preferred
  • Advanced analytical skills, including Excel proficiency (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, data analysis)
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence at multiple levels of the organization
