The Oregon Department of Human Services is seeking a Data Operations Manager to lead the daily operations of our Data Office. As the Data Operations Manager (Business Operations Manager 2), you will provide operational leadership for the ODHS Data Office by managing the delivery of enterprise analytics, reporting, business intelligence, and data services. You will supervise multiple teams,establishoperational priorities and service standards, oversee workload planning, and ensure data products are delivered accurately, efficiently, and in alignment with agency governance and strategic priorities.
Working closely with Data Office leadership, IT partners, program leadership, and business partners and other interested parties, you will translate enterprise data governance into operational practice, foster collaboration across programs, improve business processes, and cultivate a culture of accountability, innovation, equity, and customer service. This position directly supports the agency's mission by ensuring trusted data is available to inform policy, programs, and decisions that improve the lives of Oregonians.
A valid driver's license and acceptable driving record arerequiredfor this position.
Six years of supervision, management, or progressively related experience; OR three years of related experience and a bachelor's degree in a related field.

You successfully balance competing priorities while implementing governance, compliance, and operational standards.
Experienced peopleleader who develops high-performing teams through coaching, performance management, workload planning, employee development, accountability, and creating an inclusive workplace where employees can thrive.
Experience building strong partnerships across business units and technical teams. You communicate effectively with executive leadership, program staff, IT professionals, and stakeholders to solve problems, coordinate priorities, and achieve shared organizational goals.
