By aligning business priorities with operational execution, the role ensures continuous improvement and supports scalable solutions that advance eCommerce objectives within a dynamic and evolving marketplace.

The Seller Fulfilled Team empowers sellers of all sizes to succeed on Walmart Marketplace by delivering scalable, accessible fulfillment solutions. Focused on Assortment, Speed, Trust, Price, and AI Automation, the team drives seller growth and customer satisfaction. By leveraging stakeholder management, financial and customer analytics, and operational performance management, the team supports business operations that enhance marketplace value. Collaborating across functions, the team fosters innovation and efficiency to create a dynamic environment where sellers can expand their reach and contribute to a thriving marketplace benefiting all participants.
What you'll do:
  • Lead cross-functional initiatives to drive business operations and enhance eCommerce performance using data-driven insights.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to develop and communicate strategic plans that align with organizational goals.
  • Utilize financial and customer analytics to identify opportunities, assess risks, and inform decision-making.
  • Manage project timelines, resources, and deliverables to ensure successful execution of business priorities.
  • Influence and advise business partners through clear, fact-based communication and effective stakeholder engagement.
  • Oversee operational performance management and implement continuous improvement strategies to optimize results.
  • Manage mechanisms such as MBR, QBR, and Annual Operating Planning and LRP process for Seller Fulfilled Business.
