  • Shift: Full Time, 1st Shift

  • Salary: $94,848 - $118,560 plus annual target bonus

Position Responsibilities: 

  • Develops and implements continuous improvement initiatives within their local manufacturing plant to drive improved operational performance and develop Operations Excellence tools and platforms to drive transformation across the plant

  • Create detailed data analytics utilizing process information and financial reports to assess manufacturing activities and identify improvement opportunities

  • Provide expertise, leadership, and training on TPM, Lean, Six Sigma, and other structured continuous improvement techniques to all employees within the plant

  • Utilize a hands-on approach in working with the front-line team members to promote and deploy sustainable continuous improvement activities

  • Provide project management leadership to implement pilots and the ongoing rollout of new continuous improvement plans

  • Collaborate with and influence all functional areas to ensure the continuous improvement strategy is understood and is sufficiently supported by the appropriate stakeholders

  • This position may require travel up to 20% of the time

  • Other duties as assigned 

Required Education and Experience: 

  • Bachelor’s Degree with 6 plus years of related experience or High School Diploma/General Education Degree with 9 plus years of specific experience  

Preferred Education and Experience:

  • Master’s Degree
