Join a fast-moving chemical/pharma manufacturer as our Operational Excellence Manager. In this hands-on leadership role, you’ll drive new product scale-ups, lead process improvements, and partner with cross-functional teams to boost efficiency, reduce costs, and deliver measurable results.

What You’ll Do

  • Lead manufacturing scale-ups through the stage gate process.

  • Drive continuous improvement using Lean/Six Sigma.

  • Improve safety, quality, and overall site performance.

  • Track KPIs and deliver data-driven insights.

  • Mentor and coach team members.

What You Bring

  • 7+ years in chemical/pharma manufacturing engineering.

  • 3+ years in operations leadership.

  • Strong CI/Lean/Six Sigma skills.

  • Experience with ISO 9001, FDA, E&E systems.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or related.
