Job description

Operations Advisor
Location: McLean/Dulles (fully on-site, no remote option)
**Please do NOT apply if you do not have an active Poly clearance. Those without a Poly will not be considered.**
Bespoke Technologies is seeking Operations Advisors at all levels with an active TS/SCI w/Polygraph to support a wide range of operational and programmatic activities. Operations Advisors will also be expected to provide thorough and knowledgeable briefings on their analysis to customer management.
Responsibilities:
  • Respond to field requests and draft communications to preserve/support operational equities.
  • Communicate and support operational requirements; provide interface between customer equities at home, in the field, and with other agencies on a geographic or transnational issue.
  • Manage and track cases; draft, coordinate, and/or monitor intelligence reports and production; provide timely guidance, including identifying risks and proposing mitigation strategies.
  • Conduct research and analysis using customer tools and databases; and demonstrate knowledge and/or proficiency in a geographical area or substantive issue.

Basic Qualifications:
  • Current/active TS/SCI with Polygraph level of security clearance; candidates who do not possess the required clearance will be disqualified
  • Demonstrated success in multiple official overseas assignments in a senior leadership position.
  • Extensive overseas travel and experience.
  • Demonstrated success in posing creative solutions to operational challenge
  • Demonstrated success in applying counterintelligence and risk management principles to safeguard operations.
  • Demonstrated success in managing US government policies, and regulations in support of operations.
  • Proficient in various writing and briefing styles.
  • Ability to write products in clear and concise manner under a short deadline.
  • Demonstrated success in briefing senior executive management.
  • Proficient in working and networking across Intelligence Community or other US Government agencies performing similar work and scope in support of operations.
  • Exercise sound judgement.
  • Ability to plan and organize tasks independently.
  • Strong written and oral communication, organization, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work well in team environment.
  • Capable working independently with minimal supervision.

Required Qualifications:
  • Level 2: requires 3 years of relevant experience and a Bachelor's degree
  • Level 3: requires 7 years of relevant experience and a Bachelor's degree
  • Level 4: requires 12 years of relevant experience and a Bachelor's degree
  • Level 5: requires 20 years of relevant experience and a Bachelor's degree
**Five (5) years of additional relevant experience may be substituted for a college degree.
