A fast-growing entrepreneurial law firm founded by attorneys from top international platforms is seeking an Investment Funds Partner to join its expanding Funds Group. The opportunity is also open to exceptional Counsel and Senior Associate-level attorneys with sophisticated investment funds experience.

The firm represents private equity sponsors, venture capital firms, founders, family offices, emerging managers, and other high-growth investment platforms. The environment is highly collaborative, business-minded, and intentionally non-siloed.

What You’ll Work On
  • Sophisticated fund formation and fundraising matters
  • Advising private equity, venture capital, hedge fund, credit fund, and real asset sponsors
  • Structuring and negotiating LPAs, side letters, subscription agreements, and related fund documentation
  • Advising on Investment Advisers Act, Investment Company Act, ERISA, and related regulatory matters
  • Serving as a strategic advisor to sponsors throughout the fund lifecycle
  • Collaborating closely with an experienced and highly respected funds team
