The Client


My Client is an AmLaw 50 firm with a global platform but operates with a sense of close community.


In 2021, the firm raised revenues by 25%.


Their Investment Funds Group is one of the largest Investment Fund practices in the world and has a presence in all five key European funds centers as well as the United States, the Middle East, and Asia.


It is a high-performing, vibrant, market-leading Global Finance group that is still growing and it is consistently recognized as a top Investment Funds group by many publications in the U.S., Europe, Asia, and the Middle East.


Who do they want to speak with


They would like to speak with Senior Funds Associates or Counsel with at least 5 years of experience in the Investment Funds space.


You will be someone who can do asset-based finance/structured finance on funds and will possibly have CLO (Collateral Loan Obligation) experience and fund finance/subscription line experience.


Your experience will include representing banks, business development companies, and funds in asset-backed financing to funds or other investment vehicles in the private debt space


You will also have experience as a key member of deal teams, including the responsibility for running key aspects of transactions, from due diligence through closing.

The billable hours requirement is extremely manageable and you get credit for pro bono (up to 200 hours) and DEI, recruiting, mentoring, and shadowing.
