POSITION SUMMARY
The Home Services Advisor is responsible for business operational advisory and consulting of 12-15 Cardone Ventures clients and the daily review and monitoring of their operational activities and data. As a fractional COO for the client, they will prepare metrics reports, generate operational process recommendations, and leverage their financial and operational experience to guide client business decisions. The Operations Advisor will also investigate ways to improve operational efficiency and effectiveness, and distinguish the strategic positioning of each client's business to maximize revenue and profit potential through various stages of growth opportunities including expansion, mergers, or acquisitions. This individual will play a key role in assisting Cardone Ventures clients with achieving their transformational growth plans by setting operational objectives, planning business development strategies with other team members, and holding the members accountable to the plan. For home services clients, including plumbing, HVAC, electrical, and plumbing based businesses, this includes optimizing dispatch, technician performance, call center operations, customer experience, and profitability.

OBJECTIVES
  • Leverage data to recommend business growth strategies and lead the collaboration between multiple functional advisors and client stakeholders to ensure execution that results in clients target attainment
  • Partner with clients to optimize key home services processes such as scheduling, dispatch, call center performance, inventory management, and technician productivity to drive profitability and customer satisfaction
  • Establish daily metrics to monitor and report on client performance, analyzing data and trends to adjust strategy and escalate opportunities to the owner and CV leadership, as appropriate
  • Support the implementation of field management systems (e.g., ServiceTitan, Jobber, Housecall Pro) to ensure accurate data tracking, reporting, and accountability across all operational areas
  • Conduct weekly touch base calls with each client to ensure progress tracking, problem solving, alignment, and working sessions can be coordinated cross functionally to drive recommendations and business growth forward
  • Ensure Cardone Ventures operational best practices are consistently implemented across clients' businesses, including daily metrics tracking, daily all team meetings, best practice process documentation, and effective leadership duplication
  • Work with business owners to develop repeatable systems that improve customer experience consistency from first call to job completion and follow up
  • Coach clients on leadership and team development by leveraging tools like the R3 Assessment
  • Work cross functionally with team members to prioritize objectives that will have the greatest impact on revenue and profitability
  • Influence internal and external stakeholders through effective communication to ensure buy in to recommendations and accountability to follow through on action items

COMPETENCIES
  • Strong data driven mindset, with the ability to translate client performance insights into actionable strategies
  • Deep understanding of home services operations, including call center metrics, technician utilization, average ticket optimization, and service to replacement conversions
  • Possesses an understanding of intermediate financial concepts and how to leverage them in order to create business priorities and initiatives
  • Experience interpreting and influencing P and L statements specific to service based businesses, including cost of goods, labor efficiency, and job profitability
  • Excellent communication skills including active listening, leading through questions, and the ability to give direct feedback to facilitate team collaboration and client accountability
  • Demonstrate consistency over time to create quantitative results for clients
  • Ability to preserve and maintain client retention by increasing business revenue and profitability
  • Can successfully operate as the quarterback for assigned team to guide other Advisors through onboarding, quarterly business reviews, touchbase calls, etc.
  • Can successfully facilitate and guide new clients through on boarding in a timely manner
  • Knowledge of how to create a Process Tracker for an organization and walk them through the development of SOPs
  • Skilled in coaching owners and operations leaders to scale teams through effective delegation, technician development, and leadership pipelines
  • Ability to guide the owner through the process of duplicating themselves and key leaders, in order to increase focus on business growth

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Management, Operations/Logistics, or related area of study, or equivalent work experience
  • At least 5 years work experience managing or influencing business operations in a broad based capacity within a results driven environment
  • Experience coaching businesses or owning/managing a home services business preferred
