Are you highly organized, detail-oriented, and energized by a fast-paced environment? Davis H. Elliot is seeking an Operations Administration Associate to play a critical role in supporting our operations through accurate payroll processing, customer billing, and administrative coordination.

In this position, you'll work closely with project managers, field employees, and customers to ensure payroll is completed accurately and on time, invoices are processed efficiently, and project records are maintained with precision. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who thrives on organization, enjoys problem-solving, and takes pride in delivering exceptional administrative support.

What You'll Do
  • Process weekly payroll for an assigned group of employees with a high degree of accuracy
  • Generate, review, and distribute customer invoices
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with customers and business partners
  • Assist employees with timesheet questions and corrections
  • Research billing discrepancies and reconcile payroll and billing data
  • Partner with project managers to ensure accurate and timely billing based on project requirements
  • Maintain organized records and documentation related to contracts, payroll, and invoicing
  • Support daily administrative functions that contribute to operational success
What We're Looking For
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet critical deadlines
  • High attention to detail with excellent data entry accuracy
