We are seeking an Administrative Assistant to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Communication & Phone Management: Answer, screen, and route incoming phone calls in a professional and polite manner; take accurate messages and direct inquiries to the appropriate team members.
  • Data Entry & Information Processing: Input high volumes of data, updates, and documentation into the company computer systems with high accuracy and speed.
  • Must be able to create PDF's
  • Invoicing Familiar with Microsoft Suite
  • Work Order Management: Generate, track, and dispatch work orders using specialized software on the computer; follow up on completed tasks to ensure records are up to date.
  • Filing & Document Control: Organize, maintain, and update digital and physical filing systems to ensure quick retrieval of confidential company documents.
  • General Office Support: Provide administrative backup to the management team, including handling basic mail distribution, copying, scanning, and managing office supply inventory.
