Job Description

Requirements:
Experience supporting scanning and imaging systems (5+ years);
Experience with Windows Operating Systems technical support (5+ years);
Experience supporting Hyland OnBase and Kofax applications (preferred);
Experience managing IIS, Active Directory, and COTS applications administration (preferred);
Experience supporting Florida government agency's Imaging processing systems (preferred);
Experience of IT standards in a criminal justice environment (preferred);
Experience with servers and systems utilization in a criminal justice environment (preferred);
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or other related field. Or equivalent work experience.

Qualifications

Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:
Support Hyland OnBase and Kofax applications;
Install and test all upgrades and security patches for OnBase and Kofax;
Manage IIS, Active Directory, and of COTS applications administration;
Support Agency's Imaging processing systems;
Providing technical support and troubleshooting;
Coordinate with Networking on correct client configurations for all users, including those of other agencies.
