What You'll Do
As a Customer Service Representative at OrthoAtlanta, you'll:
• Answer and direct a high volume of incoming calls (80+ daily) on a multi-line switchboard
• Schedule appointments and follow-ups accurately and efficiently
• Enter and update patient demographics and insurance information in Epic
• Create and manage patient cases and referral entries
• Verify insurance eligibility and referral requirements
• Work referral work queues and index documentation in OnBase and Epic
• Provide clear directions, declare calls, and guide patients as needed
• Collaborate with colleagues across departments in a fast-paced environment
• Deliver an exceptional patient experience with professionalism and empathy
• Support additional tasks and projects as assigned by the Call Center Manager
