Job description

Designing and implementing OnBase workflows, document types, and custom forms.

Building workflow rules, actions and queues to streamline business processes.

Integrating OnBase with other applications, such as Oracle JD Edwards EnterpriseOne, using tools like WorkView and DocPop.

Troubleshooting technical issues, performing upgrades, and ensuring system security (API, Active Directory).

Creating custom scripts or using API tools to meet specific business needs.

Proven experience with OnBase configuration (Workflow, WorkView, Document Management).

Knowledge of SQL, scripting languages (e.g., C#), and API integration.

Knowledge of enterprise content management principles and document lifecycle.

Preferred Certifications in OnBase (e.g., OCP, OCA).
