Office Manager

Position Summary:

The Office Manager plays a vital role in supporting the daily operations of the service center. This position ensures that communication, scheduling, and administrative processes run smoothly, helping the team deliver safe, reliable, and efficient transportationservice. The Office Manager contributes to a positive workplace culture through professionalism, attention to detail, and commitment to our core values of Safety, Service, Community, and Integrity.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide daily administrative and clerical support to the Service Center Manager and team

  • Greet visitors, answer phones, andassistparents, drivers, and staff with professionalism and care

  • Maintainaccuraterecords, reports, and files to support compliance and operational efficiency

  • Assistwith payroll preparation, timekeeping records, and attendance tracking

  • Prepare and distribute correspondence, memos, and reports as directed

  • Support employee onboarding andmaintainpersonnel documentation

  • Coordinate meetings, training sessions, andspecial eventsfor staff

  • Help manage office supplies, forms, and operational materials

  • Handle confidential information with integrity and discretion

  • Support communication across departments to ensure safe,timely, and effective operations
