Job description

We are looking for a full-time Front Desk Receptionist/Office Assistant for our Clarksville TN office.

Responsibilities are listed below. We are looking for someone who is committed and able to work 5 days a week, with excellent communication skills and at least 1 full years of medical experience.

Job Duties:

  • Provide the highest level of customer service to patients, fellow employees, and referral sources.
  • Good computer skill set โ€“ Microsoft Office 365, at least one Medical Records software (Example: EPIC, Allscripts, Athena, OPIE, Nymbl, etc.)
  • Team player.
  • Punctual and Reliable.
  • Entering accurate Patient Registration.
  • Handling Patient Records/Charts.
  • Answer phones.
  • Appointment confirmations.
  • Schedule patients - reschedule no show appointments and cancellations.
  • Check in patients/notify practitioner.
  • Obtain and enter accurate insurance information.
  • Obtain and enter accurate patient demographics.
  • Scanning multiple documents (IDs, insurance cards, physician notes).
  • Obtain Medical Documents from Referring Physicians.
  • Run Insurance Eligibility.
  • Coordinate schedules for multiple practitioner/physicians to ensure proper coverage of patient appointments.
  • Collecting co-insurance and deductibles.
  • Knowledgeable of ICD-10 or HCPCS codes.
  • May be required to perform other job related miscellaneous front office duties.
  • Bilingual is a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $17 -$20 per hour, based on experience. paid bi-weekly.
