Full time Office Position : Potential daily bonus of $150 - $1,000
Growing Company has an immediate need for a Customer Service Representative- Dispatcher to work evenings and weekend shifts from 10:30 am - 6:00 pm and or 7:30 am to 4:00 pm (approx. 40 hours/week. Looking for a reliable dispatcher who has experience scheduling appointments and dispatching technicians to service calls. The responsibilities of this position include: Providing friendly services to customers & company departments offering enthusiastic guidance to customers & employees, assisting & maintaining quality and organization. Keeping data and records up to date including spreadsheet information, answering multi-line telephone system, Dispatching service technicians using a GPS software program, Assist with general office and administrative functions including (but not limited to) filing, faxing, marketing, and cold calling customers. Looking for a team member who is responsible, self-starter, family oriented, and can operate in a past paced environment. We are located off of 26 mile and County Line road, you must live with in 20 minutes of our location.
