JOB DUTIES AND REQUIREMENTS:

-****MUST HAVE PRIOR ORTHODONTIC FRONT OFFICE EXPERIENCE****

-PRIOR ORTHOFI SOFTWARE EXPERIENCE

-CLOUD9 PRACTICE MANAGEMENT SOFTWARE EXPERIENCE

- Oversee the orthodontic business for the office

-Responsible for increasing patient growth

-Work in a fast-paced, energetic and team environment

-Welcome patients to our office in a warm and pleasant manner while maintaining multiple phone lines and checking in and out patients

-Present and create treatment plans

-Handle and communicate patient financial arrangements and Insurance benefits

-Maintain and fill appointment schedule

-All other duties assigned

Requirements:

-High School Diploma or equivalent

-Previous orthodontic knowledge
