A Smile 4U is a privately owned dental practice with locations in Cartersville, Dalton, Decatur, East Point, and Hiram. We are committed to providing outstanding patient care by utilizing the latest state-of-the-art equipment and advanced scheduling technology. Our practices offer multiple specialties under one roof, including general dentistry, sedation dentistry, and oral surgery, allowing us to serve the unique needs of every patient.
We proudly care for both pediatric and adult patients and are dedicated to creating a warm, welcoming environment where every visit is a positive and memorable experience. As a member of our team, you'll play an important role in helping patients feel comfortable, valued, and confident in their care while working alongside a supportive team that is passionate about making a difference every day.
Key Responsibilities
  • Check in patients, collect balances/co-pays, and update patient charts as needed
  • Check out patients and schedule follow-up appointments
  • Discuss treatment plans with patients
  • Answer and respond to phone calls professionally
  • Review daily schedule and confirm upcoming appointments
  • Assist with recall lists (Hygiene), missed/cancelled appointments, and treatment plan follow-ups
  • Maintain service and clinic logs daily
  • Support with insurance verification
  • Monitor and manage front office supply inventory
