Mr. Bult's Inc. is seeking a full-time Office Assistant/Receptionist at the corporate offices. Applicant must be energetic and friendly. Multitasking skills are essential to this role. As the first point of contact for customers and visitors, excellent communication and customer service skills are a must.
Responsibilities
Answering and directing customer and employee calls in a professional and positive manner
Greeting customers and outside visitors
Setting up conference rooms for meetings
Sorting, distributing and preparing all mail and shipments
Ordering and managing office supplies
Assisting office staff with other general tasks
Filing, scanning and sorting internal documents
Requirements
Minimum: High School Diploma and 2+ years previous reception experience.
Strong communication skills
Previous experience with multi-line phone systems
Ability to multi-task while maintaining accuracy
Ability to self-manage and prioritize time sensitive tasks
Data Entry experience preferred
Strong knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.
