Job Description
Full-time Resident Assistant at our Family Center - transitional housing for homeless families - $8.50/hr.
The Resident Assistant is responsible to the Director and has direct, ongoing contact with the residents of the Family Center and is responsible for the implementation and enforcement of basic rules and safety standards. The Resident Assistant provides general support and supervision of residents and renders services such as transportation, preparation of meals, sanitation and maintenance of the facility and grounds. Resident Assistants are assigned to work first, second, and third shifts as needed.
Qualifications
High school graduate or G.E.D.
Effective oral and written communication skills.
Must be flexible and able to work a flexible schedule including 2nd and 3rd shifts with weekends.
Obtain and maintain current CPR certification.
Valid driver's license and good driving record.
