The Development Associate II plays a vital role in advancing Franciscan Health Foundation's fundraising and engagement strategies. This role manages a defined donor portfolio, implements annual fund campaigns, and supports strategic communication and database maintenance in alignment with established protocols. As a visible representative of the Foundation, this role regularly engages with internal and external stakeholders, helping to strengthen relationships and elevate the Foundation's presence throughout the organization and community.

WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT
  • Office hours: Mon to Fri 8-5PM
  • Manage the logistics of the Annual Fund & Employee Giving.
  • Event planning and execution.
  • Donor stewardship (notes, calls, giving clubs).
  • Communication support (e.g., approved email newsletters, direct response efforts).
  • Community & Internal Engagement (civic groups, volunteers, orientation).
  • Database management (updates, tracking via existing reports/dashboards).

QUALIFICATIONS
  • Required Associate's Degree Marketing/communications, fundraising, non-profit management, or related field
  • Required 1 year Fundraising, Communications, and/or Public Relations

  • Preferred Bachelor's Degree Marketing/communications, fundraising, non-profit management, or related field
