Responsibilities
Email Marketing & CRM (Marketing Cloud):
  • Support the execution of email campaigns by translating campaign goals and creative briefs into accurate and effective email campaigns within Marketing Cloud.
  • Coordinate campaign timelines, QA processes, and deployment schedules in collaboration with the Sr. Director, Digital Campaigns and cross-functional partners.
  • Assist with audience segmentation, testing, and deployment following established standards and best practices.
  • Monitor and report on key performance metrics (open rates, click-through rates, conversions) and share insights to inform future campaign improvements.
  • Support the use of email testing tools (e.g., Litmus) to ensure accessibility, rendering accuracy, and quality control.
  • Maintain clear and proactive communication with partners regarding timelines, expectations, and post-campaign results.

Digital Fundraising Platforms (Crowdfunding, Auctions, & Other Digital Tools
  • Support the setup and execution of crowdfunding campaigns and online auctions under established processes and guidance.
  • Monitor campaign performance and compile reports on participation, revenue, and engagement metrics.
  • Assist campus partners and internal teams with platform use, campaign setup, and troubleshooting to ensure accurate and timely launches. Stay informed on platform updates and new features and escalate opportunities or issues to senior team members.
  • Help maintain documentation, templates, and resources that support consistent and effective platform use. Participate in training sessions and assist with onboarding or support materials for internal and external users.

Required Skills, Knowledge and Abilities
  • Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud, crowdfunding platforms, online auctions, and other digital fundraising tools.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and timelines.
  • Knowledge of digital fundraising, donor engagement, email marketing best practices, and audience segmentation.
  • Ability to analyze campaign data and summarize insights for team review.
  • Familiarity with email QA and testing tools such as Litmus and basic HTML/CSS for email.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
  • Willingness and ability to learn new systems, tools, and processes in a changing digital environment.

Required Education, Experience and Benefits Summary
  • 2 years minimum experience in digital marketing, content, consumer marketing, advertising, or related field.
  • Bachelor's degree preferred; an equivalent combination of education, training, and relevant experience may be considered.
