Job Summary
As our Data & Technology organization scales, we are building the operating system that powers how the company works - starting with CreateOS and expanding across the business.
We are seeking a Director of Program Management to drive organizational execution across product, engineering, design, and platform teams, ensuring complex initiatives deliver cohesive, end-to-end systems with real operational impact.

This role sits at the center of how strategy becomes execution - aligning teams, orchestrating dependencies, and driving measurable progress against organizational objectives and delivery milestones as the company scales.
The ideal candidate is a strong systems thinker and operational leader with experience driving organizational change, scaling distributed teams, and helping organizations adopt modern agile and AI-enabled ways of working.
Responsibilities
  • Drive cross-functional execution aligned to organizational objectives, strategic priorities, delivery milestones, and measurable outcomes
  • Orchestrate delivery across pods, managing dependencies, sequencing, risks, and execution alignment
  • Partner with Product and Engineering leadership to operationalize strategy and ensure delivery of cohesive, end-to-end systems
  • Lead organizational readiness and cross-functional transition planning for adoption of new systems, workflows, and operating practices
  • Establish scalable operating rhythms, communication practices, and execution frameworks across distributed teams
  • Drive organizational alignment through program reviews, stakeholder communication, and executive reporting
  • Lead cross-functional issue resolution to maintain momentum, delivery quality, and business impact
  • Help evolve organizational processes, including agile practices, change management, and AI-enabled workflows
  • Other duties as assigned

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent practical experience
  • 7+ years of experience in program management, technical program management, product operations, or related roles within software organizations, leading complex cross-functional programs within software or technology organizations
  • Demonstrated experience working closely with product, engineering, and design teams to deliver complex software systems
  • Experience leading cross-functional initiatives through implementation, operational transition, and platform scaling
  • Proven success driving execution across product, engineering, design, and platform teams in fast-moving environments
  • Strong systems thinking with the ability to translate complex initiatives into cohesive operational outcomes
  • Experience leading organizational change, operational transformation, and evolution of delivery or operating practices at scale
  • Strong understanding of agile methodologies, modern product development workflows, and AI-enabled operational practices
  • Experience leading distributed teams across multiple time zones
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and operational leadership skills, including executive audiences
  • Strong organizational judgment with the ability to drive alignment, accountability, and momentum across teams

Pay Scale
  • $180,000 - $200,000 per year
  • The final compensation within this range will be determined based on the candidate's experience, skills, and overall fit for the role.
