Job Summary/Description: 

First Alert 7 / KOSA / Telemundo 20 is searching for a Multimedia Sales Manager to lead and manage a sales team of Multimedia Executives, overseeing the development and sale of advertising solutions to various businesses.

Duties/Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: 

- Driving digital revenue growth and ensuring all digital budgets and goals are met or exceeded with a focus on new local direct business
- Providing digital training to the sales team
- Assisting Multimedia Executives in presenting and closing digital business
- Developing sales presentations and collateral using up-to-date research materials
- Maintaining campaign tracking, delivery, and reporting to ensure campaign success
- Overseeing digital pricing and revenue forecasting
- Promoting a winning, positive culture
- Working at a partnership/consultative level as an expert in digital advertising with Multimedia Consultants and advertisers
- Working in tandem with the Director of Sales on revenue generation strategy and forecasting
- Oversight of all digital sales products, inventory management, and pricing strategies
- Perform duties assigned

Qualifications/Requirements:

- Advanced leadership skills, highly organized
- Proven experience in achieving budgets
- Ability to translate and communicate problems into opportunities
- Strong presentation experience, excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks, meet deadlines, and prioritize projects and people
- Expert proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel, social media, etc.
- The ideal candidate would have a minimum of two years of digital sales experience
