Summary of Job:

The Multimedia Coordinator is responsible for the creation, editing, and execution of multimedia content that supports marketing, brand, and communications initiatives across the organization.
This role focuses on hands on production of video, photography, and visual assets based on creative direction provided by the Creative & Brand Marketing Supervisor. The Multimedia Coordinator does not own creative strategy or messaging but plays a critical role in bringing stories to life through high quality visual execution.Education and Experience:
Required
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in video, photography, or multimedia production

Preferred
  • Experience creating short form and long form video content
  • Experience working in service based or fast paced environments
  • Experience in production scheduling
Skills and Abilities:
  • Proficiency in video editing and design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite or similar)
  • Familiarity with social and digital video formats
  • Be fueled by challenges, deadlines, and competing obligations
  • Understand the impact that marketing can have on the organization's goals and culture
  • Able to take a project from concept or idea to implementation
  • Take pride in delivering high quality products and results
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining high attention to detail
