Job Summary/Description:

The Multimedia Sales Manager will bring fresh, advanced strategies and tools into our sales operation. This role is a key strategic hire, designed to help bridge the gap between traditional sales excellence and cutting-edge digital innovation. This position will lead and manage a sales team of Multimedia Executives, overseeing the development and sale of our multimedia solutions to small, medium, and large businesses. You will work closely with the MEs to develop strategic, data-driven Multimedia strategies to help our clients improve their customer acquisition, conversions, and revenue growth. The Multimedia Sales Manager will also collaborate with Media Executives to sell our premium television offerings, including popular programming like the Kansas City Chiefs, College Football/Basketball, CBS Network Programming, and trusted Local News—delivering impactful, results-driven solutions for our clients.

Duties/Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: 

• Work with the Sales Management Team to employ a servant leadership sales culture, where support, accountability, and winning drive our success.

• Recruit, hire, and train Digital and Business Development Focused Multimedia Executives

• Develop a steady stream of new business across our platforms

• Attend CNAs and Pitches regularly with Multimedia Executives

• Serve as the subject matter expert on all company solutions and systems, providing guidance and support to the sales team.

Qualifications/Requirements:

Proven experience in Digital sales and Business Development:

• In-depth knowledge of how to build a digital sales strategy to drive leads, conversions, and revenue for our clients.

• Excellent communication and leadership abilities, comfortable influencing senior leaders and mentoring team members.

• Previous media sales management experience preferred

• Strong organizational and leadership skills in a fast-paced environment

• Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills to pitch to business decision-makers

• Effective teamwork and collaboration abilities

• College degree

Additionally, the Multimedia Sales Manager should possess:

• Strong leadership skills, including training and developing team members

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Products: Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint

• Adaptability and willingness to explore new methods and strategies

• Experience working in CRM

• Ability to complete the MVR check
