Key Focus Area:
- Lead new business development for digital marketing services, including SEO, SEM, social media marketing, content strategy, display advertising, and performance marketing
- Develop comprehensive digital marketing proposals and strategies tailored to client needs
- Leverage Gray Digital Media's scalable platform and advanced digital products to deliver customized solutions
- Build and nurture client relationships across the Birmingham region and beyond

Duties/Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Proactively prospect and qualify leads in the Birmingham market and surrounding regions
- Conduct needs assessments with prospects and clients to design targeted digital marketing solutions
- Develop persuasive digital media proposals that align with client business goals and budgets
- Present digital marketing strategies and Gray Digital Media's capabilities to prospective clients
- Manage a robust pipeline of opportunities and consistently exceed monthly and annual revenue goals
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers across B2B and B2C segments
- Partner with creative, strategy, and analytics teams to ensure successful campaign execution and client satisfaction
- Stay current with digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices to position Gray Digital Media as a trusted advisor
- Maintain detailed account records and utilize CRM systems to track all client interactions and opportunities
- Participate in networking events, industry associations, and business development activities

Required Technical Proficiencies:
