Job description

We are seeking a Multimedia Sales Executive to drive revenue growth across our full portfolio, including Television, Radio, Digital, Streaming, Social, and Experiential platforms. This role is responsible for developing new business, growing existing accounts, and delivering integrated, multi-platform advertising solutions that align with client objectives.

The ideal candidate is a consultative seller who understands how to package cross-platform media solutions and can translate client needs into strategic campaigns that deliver measurable results.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop, manage, and grow relationships with local and regional clients, agencies, and advertisers
  • Prospect, qualify, and close new business across all platforms
  • Create and deliver integrated sales presentations aligned with client marketing goals
  • Maximize revenue from an assigned account list while actively building a robust pipeline of new business
  • Partner cross-functionally with Marketing, Research, Ad Operations, and Content teams to develop cohesive proposals
  • Execute and oversee campaigns to ensure successful delivery, performance, and client satisfaction
  • Maintain accurate forecasting, pipeline management, and revenue tracking
  • Ensure accuracy in all aspects of campaign execution including orders, traffic instructions, billing, and collections
  • Meet or exceed quarterly and annual revenue targets

You Have

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • 2-5+ years of experience in media sales, advertising, or related field
  • Proven ability to prospect, develop, and close business
