Bring Our Brands to Life

Pneumatic & Hydraulic Company (PHC) is seeking a creative, collaborative, and hands-on Multimedia Specialist to join our Marketing team in Houston, Texas.

This is an in-office position with the opportunity to work across PHC and our sister companies, supporting multiple brands, teams, facilities, and business units.

If you are equally comfortable behind a camera, editing video, and developing eye-catching graphics, this could be a great opportunity to take your creative experience into an industrial environment where no two projects are exactly the same.

What You'll Do

Day-to-day, the Multimedia Specialist will collaborate with key stakeholders across Marketing, Sales, subject matter experts, leadership, and other departments to understand business objectives and transform those ideas into effective visual and digital content.

You will:

  • Serve as an internal photographer and videographer, capturing professional content at company facilities, events, and job sites.
  • Create and edit engaging video, photography, graphics, advertisements, brochures, presentations, social media content, and other marketing materials.
  • Work across PHC and its sister companies to maintain strong and consistent brand identities.
  • Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, SMEs, leadership, and other internal stakeholders on creative projects.
  • Lead multimedia projects from initial concept and storyboarding through production and final delivery.
  • Develop content for websites, social media, digital advertising, email marketing, presentations, print materials, billboards, and other channels.
  • Coordinate with outside vendors when needed to execute marketing and multimedia projects.
  • Maintain organized digital assets, templates, brand standards, and multimedia files.
  • Assist with marketing events, trade shows, and other company initiatives.
  • Travel to company facilities and job sites as needed to capture photography and video content.
What We're Looking For

We're looking for someone who combines creativity with strong technical skills and enjoys collaborating with people throughout an organization.

Ideal candidates will have experience with:

  • Photography and videography
  • Graphic design
  • Adobe Photoshop
  • Adobe Illustrator
  • Adobe Premiere Pro
  • Adobe After Effects
  • Canva
  • Microsoft Publisher and Visio
  • Creating content for digital and social media platforms
  • Managing multiple creative projects and deadlines simultaneously

A bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Digital Media, Marketing, Communications, Advertising, or a related field is preferred, along with previous professional experience in graphic design, multimedia production, or a similar creative role.

Experience working in an agency or enterprise environment is a plus. WordPress and Asana experience are also preferred.

Portfolio Required

A professional portfolio showcasing your work will be required as part of the interview process.
