General Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and analytical Project Manager to support cross-functional program execution, meeting coordination, and operational tracking for the Multimedia Technology team, including camera, computer vision, video, and audio domains. This role requires strong proficiency in Microsoft tools (PowerPoint, Excel, and Copilot), a fast-learning mindset, and strong analytical skills to improve execution efficiency, visibility, and decision-making across platforms and OEM engagements.
Key Responsibilities
1. Meeting Management
  • Coordinate internal and external meetings and ensure availability of key stakeholders.
  • Support meeting preparation and follow-up, including tracking action items generated from AI-assisted meeting notes.
  • Continuously improve meeting efficiency, documentation quality, and follow-through.

Goals & Deliverables
  • Improved meeting coordination and execution.
  • Clear ownership and timely closure of action items.

2. Feature Request (FR) Management
  • Create and maintain Feature Requests (FRs) with accurate prioritization and documentation.
  • Produce quarterly FR reports across all platforms, including:
    • Number of FRs
    • Priority levels
    • Request sources
    • Resource gaps
    • Current status
  • Track OEM request sheets for key customers and projects.
  • Identify FR processing bottlenecks and highlight resource constraints.
  • Support semi-annual optimization of FR and POR processes.

Goals & Deliverables
  • Increased transparency into FR status and priorities.
  • Clear identification of process bottlenecks and resource gaps.
  • Improved FR and POR efficiency and alignment.

3. External Release Management
  • Manage external releases of tools, code, and documentation related to multimedia technologies.
  • Ensure all external-facing presentation materials are properly watermarked and stored in designated shared locations prior to distribution.
  • Maintain accuracy, consistency, and traceability of all external deliverables.

Goals & Deliverables
  • High-quality, compliant, and traceable external releases.
  • Reduced risk related to version control or information leakage.

4. Sensor & Multimedia Component Management
  • Maintain up-to-date documentation for reference camera and sensor modules across supported platforms.
  • Build and manage a database of OEM key device sensor and multimedia component selections.
  • Ensure internal teams have access to accurate and reliable reference information for camera, vision, video, and audio components.

Goals & Deliverables
  • A trusted and current multimedia component reference repository.
  • Improved internal alignment on component selections and configurations.

Minimum Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree and 3+ years of project management or related work experience.
OR
Associate's degree and 5+ years of project management or related work experience.
OR
High School Diploma or equivalent and 7+ years of project management or related work experience.
*Completed advanced degrees in a relevant field may be substituted for up to two years (Master's = one year, Doctorate = two years) of work experience.
Preferred Qualifications:
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration/Management, Computer Science, or related field.
• PMO, PMP, Agile Methodology, or Six Sigma Project Management Certification.
• 5+ years of project management experience or related work experience.
• 1+ year of work experience in a role requiring interaction with senior leadership (e.g., Director level and above).
• 1+ year of working with operating budgets, resources, and/or project financials.
• 1+ year of experience working with project management tools (e.g., Visio).
• 1+ year of experience working in a large matrixed organization.

Pay range and Other Compensation & Benefits:
$120,800.00 - $181,200.00
The above pay scale reflects the broad, minimum to maximum, pay scale for this job code for the location for which it has been posted. Even more importantly, please note that salary is only one component of total compensation at Qualcomm.
