Hourly rate: $25.00
Schedule (available selection):
-Monday to Friday 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM
-Monday to Friday 12:00 PM - 8:30 PM
-Monday to Friday 4:00 PM - 1:00 AM
-Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday 12:00 PM - 10:00 PM
-Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday 12:00 PM - 10:00 PM
Position Summary
The Elite Mobile Workforce Specialist is a highly trusted field leader responsible for full site ownership, client communication, daily task software accountability, and team cohesion.
This role requires no oversight. The Elite Mobile Workforce Specialist makes aligned field decisions, protects HBM standards, resolves conflict professionally, and elevates team performance.
Safety Responsibilities
At the Elite Mobile Workforce Specialist level, safety becomes leadership behavior. This technician sets the tone for safe operations, corrects unsafe practices, escalates systemic risks, and protects HBM from preventable liability.
Safety is never sacrificed for speed. Elite Mobile Workforce Specialist model proper chemical handling, equipment operation, and hazard identification at all times.
Core Responsibilities
  • Independently manage and protect multiple client sites
  • Maintain full accountability for daily task software accuracy
  • Communicate regularly with fixed assets at each location
  • Resolve customer friction professionally and diplomatically
  • Optimize routes for efficiency and quality
  • Proactively prevent issues before they become complaints
  • Mentor technicians and build cohesive team standards
