Job description

Job Title: Recruiter
Classification: HR Analyst
Duration: 8+ months
Location: Nashville, Tennessee
Job Overview:
We are seeking an ambitious Recruiter who will work closely with hiring managers and candidates throughout the recruiting experience. This position will support our team in its hiring efforts by focusing on external job board postings and creating an exceptional candidate experience for hard-to-fill positions. This is a local remote position that will require the incumbent to report to the office and/or attend job fairs or hiring events as needed.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist hiring managers with creating job descriptions and job ads, and develop vacancy templates for recruitment
  • Post open positions on relevant job boards and/or other career sites
  • Follow procedures for job board payment to ensure timely posting of jobs
  • Screen resumes, complete phone screenings, assist with scheduling and preparing necessary information for hiring manager interviews as requested
  • Create a shortlist of qualified candidates for hiring managers
  • Set up interviews and help prepare managers and candidates for the interviewing process
  • Help foster a positive hiring experience for both candidates and hiring managers
  • Maintain status report of open positions
  • Think outside the box to find candidates for hard-to-fill roles
  • Identify ways to increase the candidate applicant pool
  • Represent the organization at recruiting and networking events
  • Assist in creating and maintaining careers webpage to support and promote employer brand

Minimum Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree and 3 years of recruiting experience required
  • 3 years of recruiting experience in healthcare preferred
  • Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter platform preferred
  • Strong communication skills both verbal and written
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Knowledge of human resources process and federal and state employment laws
  • Experience in utilizing Microsoft Word, Excel, Publisher, CANVA or other publishing applications
