Job description

We are seeking a motivated, energetic, and results-driven Recruiter to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, interviewing, and placing qualified candidates for a variety of positions. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, enjoy building relationships, and are passionate about helping people find opportunities, we want to hear from you.

Responsibilities

  • Source and recruit candidates through job boards, social media, referrals, and networking
  • Conduct phone screens and interviews to evaluate candidate qualifications
  • Match candidates with open positions based on experience and skillset
  • Coordinate interviews and maintain communication throughout the hiring process
  • Build and maintain relationships with candidates and clients
  • Maintain accurate candidate records and recruiting activity
  • Assist with onboarding and pre-employment processes as needed
  • Meet weekly recruiting and placement goals

Qualifications

  • Previous recruiting, staffing, customer service, or sales experience preferred
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
  • Self-motivated with strong organizational skills
  • Basic computer skills and familiarity with Microsoft Office
  • Experience using Indeed or other recruiting platforms is a plus
