Our client, a fast-growing healthcare technology company at the forefront of AI and innovation, is seeking a Contract Recruiter to join their Talent Acquisition team. This is an exciting opportunity for a recruiter with a strong foundation in full-cycle recruiting who enjoys partnering with hiring managers across the business, managing a diverse requisition load, and making an immediate impact in a collaborative, high-growth environment.


This is a 3-month hybrid contract based in Chicago, with three days per week in the office, and offers the potential to convert to a permanent position for the right candidate.


Responsibilities:

  • Oversee full-cycle recruiting for a variety of technical, corporate, and operational roles.
  • Develop talent pipelines through LinkedIn Recruiter and Workday.
  • Lead end-to-end recruitment efforts, collaborating with hiring managers on recruiting strategy, interviews, and offers.
  • Manage candidate and internal communications, ensuring all stakeholders receive timely updates throughout the hiring process.
  • Help improve recruiting processes and contribute to the continued growth of the Talent Acquisition function.


Requirements:

  • 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience.
