About the Role
Knighted is looking for a Contract Recruiter to join our growing team. You'll be a key contributor to the Talent Acquisition team, playing a crucial role in the strategic growth of the company by identifying and assessing candidate fit for entry-level positions within the organization. Reporting to the Senior Manager, Talent Acquisition, you'll work in close collaboration with senior recruitment staff and Operation Managers to enhance recruitment processes and support the organization's vision of attracting top talent and building a cohesive workforce.
This is a full-time 6-month contract position working in-person at our Downtown LA office.
Responsibilities
  • Actively and pro-actively source candidates using both traditional and creative methods
  • Conduct multiple interviews daily, focused on assessing both hard skills and soft skills to find the best talent for Knighted
  • Utilize and manage data and insights to optimize talent acquisition processes and effectiveness.
  • Support the coordination and logistics of candidate interviews, scheduling, and feedback loops, ensuring a positive candidate experience.
  • Collaborate with fellow teammates to ensure recruiting goals and objectives are regularly met
  • Understand recruiting needs and strategize solutions to assist operations as needed
  • Support new hire onboarding and orientation
  • Partner with other members of the Talent Acquisition team to support special Recruiting projects and initiatives

Experience & Skills
  • 2+ years of recruiting experience in a high-volume environment
  • Strong computer literacy with Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, or similar tools
  • Familiarity with Greenhouse or a similar Application Tracking System (ATS)
  • Exhibits excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, ensuring clear and professional interaction with colleagues, customers, and managers.
