Job description

Are you a strategic talent acquisition leader who thrives on building high-performing teams, optimizing recruitment infrastructure, and driving organizational growth through scale and M&A integration?
ReSource Pro is seeking a Senior Manager, Talent Acquisition who will serve as both a
hands-on leader and a trusted thought partner to leadership, executing cutting-edge recruitment strategies aligned with our core business objectives.
Come Join ReSource Pro!
Your Role...
The Senior Manager, Talent Acquisition will support the execution and implementation of U.S. talent acquisition strategies aligned to ReSource Pro's business objectives, growth plans, and workforce needs. This role is responsible for overseeing the full talent acquisition lifecycle across corporate functions, onshore service delivery centers, and mergers & acquisitions (M&A), while supporting recruiting operations, process improvements, and hiring initiatives that enable organizational growth.
This role will partner closely with leadership by providing recruiting insights, market intelligence, and workforce data to support hiring decisions and operational priorities. The Senior Manager will lead and develop a high-performing Talent Acquisition team focused on service delivery, collaboration, continuous improvement, and execution excellence, while supporting Talent Acquisition projects and integration activities that contribute to organizational effectiveness and scalability.
We hire the best because we believe great people create exceptional experiences. That's why we hire individuals who not only bring talent and passion, but who thrive in our unique culture and live out our Core Values: Commitment to Community, Teamwork, Passion for Excellence, Service-Centric, and Best Self.
All remote positions are based in the United States,
and candidates must reside within the U.S. to be eligible for consideration.

In this role you will...
  • Support the execution and implementation of U.S. Talent Acquisition strategies aligned to ReSource Pro's business objectives, workforce planning priorities, and growth initiatives.
  • Oversee the full talent acquisition lifecycle across assigned functions and business areas to attract, assess, and hire talent while ensuring compliance with employment laws, regulations, and internal policies.
  • Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing Talent Acquisition team of 4-6 reports through effective leadership, mentorship, performance management, and ongoing development.
  • Utilize recruiting metrics, workforce data, dashboards, and labor market trends to support data-driven decision-making and identify opportunities for process improvements and hiring effectiveness.
  • Manage U.S. Talent Acquisition projects using robust project management practices to track milestones, coordinate stakeholders, manage timelines, and ensure successful implementation.
  • Support Talent Acquisition due diligence, workforce integration planning, onboarding coordination, and recruiting transitions related to mergers and acquisitions (M&A).
  • Partner cross-functionally with internal business leaders globally and external vendors or consultants to provide strategic recruitment insights and recommendations.
  • Support the execution of employer branding and recruitment marketing initiatives in partnership with Marketing and Talent stakeholders to enhance brand awareness and candidate experience across key talent markets.
  • Ensure compliance with all applicable employment laws, regulations, policies, and Talent Acquisition processes while supporting consistent and ethical recruiting practices.

To be successful, you will need...
  • Bachelor's degree (4 years) in Human Resources, Business, or a related subject.
  • 10-12+ years of HR experience with a dedicated focus on Talent Acquisition.
  • 5-7+ years of experience successfully leading, coaching, and developing a recruitment team.
  • 3+ years of experience managing Talent Acquisition activities related to mergers and acquisitions (M&A).
  • Direct experience working with or supporting offshore Talent Acquisition teams.
  • Subject Matter Expertise (SME) in talent acquisition practices, including the full recruitment cycle, employment marketing & branding, and selection effectiveness through assessments.
  • Strong Business Acumen with the ability to identify the big picture, understand how work impacts other areas of the business, and evaluate the cascading effects of budget adjustments.
  • Proven Project Management & Change Management capabilities, including the ability to hold stakeholders accountable to deadlines and guide individuals smoothly through organizational transitions.
  • Executive Presence with a demonstrated ability to present data and talent insights effectively to individuals at the Executive level.
  • Ability to conduct market research, identify future labor trends, and discover innovative hiring practices.
  • Ability to travel up to 10% domestically and internationally.
  • SHRM-SCP, SPHR, or PHR certification is preferred.

What attributes do you need to be successful:
  • Empowering Leadership Style: You lead through mentorship, coaching, and clear accountability, not micromanagement. You trust your team of recruiters to execute, providing them with the strategic air cover, development, and autonomy they need to thrive.
  • High Adaptability: You thrive in a dynamic, high-growth environment where priorities and processes evolve rapidly. Whether adapting to shifting business demands or steering the team through complex M&A recruitment integrations, you pivot with ease and view change as an opportunity.
  • Collaborative Spirit: You firmly value collective success and teamwork over internal competition. You excel at breaking down silos, fostering a supportive internal team environment, and partnering seamlessly with global stakeholders, cross-functional HR peers, and external vendors.
  • Conscientious Attention to Detail: You possess a deep sense of responsibility and structural rigor. From ensuring absolute thoroughness in recruitment compliance and employment laws to tracking critical data dashboards and reporting metrics, you understand that accuracy builds organizational trust.
