The Talent Acquisition PMO Manager drives priority recruiting initiatives through structured project planning, governance, stakeholder engagement, reporting, and issue resolution. This role partners across TA, HR, business leaders, RPO partners, HR Technology, People Analytics, and vendors to improve hiring outcomes, operational visibility, and candidate and hiring manager experience.
Key Responsibilities
  • Lead TA PMO initiatives from planning through execution, including scope, milestones, risks, dependencies, and governance
  • Establish project cadence, action logs, risk and issue tracking, decision records, and executive-ready status reporting
  • Partner with TA, HR, business stakeholders, RPO partners, and vendors to remove blockers and deliver hiring outcomes to plan
  • Build TA dashboards, reporting packs, and data quality routines using Workday Recruiting, Excel, Power BI, and related tools
  • Support recruiting strategy through talent intelligence, market insights, media recommendations, and campaign coordination
  • Apply A3 problem solving, daily management, and PMO methodology to improve TA service delivery and process consistency
  • Travel as needed estimating ~25%

Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree
  • 5+ years of experience in project management, talent acquisition, HR operations, recruiting operations, workforce planning, or HR program delivery
  • 5+ years of experience managing cross-functional projects with multiple stakeholders, milestones, risks, and dependencies
  • 5+ years of experience managing stakeholders, problem-solving, and delivering executive level reports/presentations
  • 2+ years of experience using Workday Recruiting, Excel, Power BI, dashboards, or reporting tools to monitor progress and inform decisions
  • Up to 25% travel

Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience supporting global, regional, or multi-site Talent Acquisition initiatives
  • Experience partnering with RPO providers, recruitment marketing vendors, HR Technology, or People Analytics teams
  • Experience with A3 problem solving, daily management, Lean, Agile, PMP, or structured PMO methodology
  • Ability to influence without direct authority and constructively challenge current processes to improve outcomes

Pay Range
The annual salary for this position is between $96,000.00 - $192,000.00 annually. Factors which may affect pay within this range include, but are not limited to, skills, education, experience, and other unique qualifications of the successful candidate.
Other Compensation
This position is entitled to short-term cash incentives, subject to plan requirements.
