Talent Acquisition Manager

Location: Tamarac, FL


The Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Manager to lead our recruiting function and help attract, hire, and retain exceptional talent across the organization.

This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who enjoys developing a recruiting team while also driving recruiting strategy and results. You’ll oversee day-to-day recruiting operations, partner closely with department leaders, build talent pipelines, improve recruiting processes, and help ensure an outstanding experience for both candidates and hiring managers.

The ideal candidate is a strong people leader who thrives in a high-volume, fast-paced environment and knows how to balance recruiting priorities, data, processes, and relationships to deliver results.


What You’ll Do

  • Lead full-cycle recruiting efforts across multiple departments, ensuring positions are filled efficiently with qualified talent.
  • Lead, coach, train, and develop a team of recruiters and recruiting coordinators.
  • Partner with department leaders to understand current and future staffing needs and develop effective recruiting strategies.
  • Build and maintain talent pipelines for high-volume, hard-to-fill, and business-critical positions.
  • Develop sourcing strategies and employment marketing initiatives to expand candidate reach.
  • Oversee the effective use of iCIMS, ensuring recruiting data, dashboards, reports, and key metrics are accurate and up to date.
  • Participate in workforce planning and align recruiting activity with headcount plans and evolving business needs.
  • Track recruiting and headcount-related expenses and assist with budget management.
  • Ensure recruiting and hiring practices comply with company policies, employment laws, and established best practices.
  • Maintain an accurate library of job descriptions and partner with leaders to develop new descriptions as needed.
  • Build strong relationships with hiring managers, department leaders, HR partners, and other internal stakeholders.
  • Create a positive and professional candidate experience throughout the recruiting and hiring process.
  • Promote and support an inclusive workplace culture.
  • Take on additional recruiting initiatives and projects as business needs evolve.


Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree required.
  • 5+ years of talent acquisition or recruiting experience.
  • 2–3+ years of experience leading or managing a recruiting team.
  • Demonstrated experience working in a high-volume, fast-paced recruiting environment.
  • Strong full-cycle recruiting and talent sourcing experience.
  • Excellent leadership, coaching, and team-development skills.
  • Strong planning and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to build productive relationships with hiring managers, candidates, department leaders, and HR partners.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and applicant tracking systems.
  • iCIMS experience preferred.
  • Strong sense of accountability, professionalism, and follow-through.
  • Ability to adapt quickly as staffing needs and business priorities change.
