For those who want to keep growing, learning, and evolving. Kelly® Professional & Industrial is seeking an experienced MRO Operations Coordinator in Coral Springs, FL. We are partnering with a well-respected aerospace company to fill this critical onsite position.
What’s a typical day as an MRO Operations Coordinator? You’ll be acting as a liaison between the company, field teams, and the engine overhaul facility to provide information and updates to airline customers, act on requests, and coordinate with responsible parties as it relates to aircraft engine maintenance, overhaul, and repair projects.
Typical responsibilities will include:
- Working cross-functionally to assist with coordinating aircraft engine maintenance, repair, and overhaul services including approving or authorizing changes and tracking of material in the repair process
- Manage and coordinate Purchase Orders and invoicing processes
- Communicate engine Work In Progress (WIP) status to airline customers
- Regularly update tracking information and other performance metrics
- Coordinate shipments of inbound and outbound engines with transportation and global trade entities
- Assist with the management of technical documentation and quality records
