We are looking for an experienced recruiting professional to support our behavioral health programs with finding exceptional talent.

This position is 100% Remote

This position supports the work of our behavioral health programs within the Advanced Recovery Systems family. Advanced Recovery Systems is the parent organization of The Recovery Village, Promises Behavioral Health, The Right Step, and The Ranch, bringing together established treatment brands with a shared commitment to expanding access to high-quality, evidence-based addiction and mental health care.

The Recruiter will align best practices within Talent Acquisition to the organization and provide exceptional service to the candidate, build pipelines for proactive recruitment needs and gain a subject matter expert level of knowledge for candidate competencies. In this role, the Recruiter will conduct intake meetings with stakeholders, post jobs, strategize sourcing methods, review and assess candidates, present candidates for consideration, support interview coordination, and assist with administrative functions for the talent acquisition department. This role will have focus on hiring direct care professionals at our sites.

Core Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement recruiting plans based on the job description and corporate goals.
  2. Partner as a subject matter expert to positively impact quality of hire.
  3. Maintain and utilize the applicant tracking system and other reports as necessary to keep the business apprised of the workflow.
  4. Maintain open communication with management and stakeholders to anticipate openings, ensure candidate pool is appropriate and adjust strategy as needed.
  5. Prioritize open positions to ensure most critical needs are filled first.
  6. Conduct pre-screening and arrange interviews for managers.
  7. Maintain communication with candidates and sources for candidates (such as colleges and universities) to ensure a candidate pipeline.
  8. Support salary focused conversations and offers to ensure best and fair market rates.
  9. Understand hiring and labor laws and ensure that best candidates are sourced and hired for each position using passive candidate sourcing strategies and best in class Talent Acquisition practices.
  10. Other duties as assigned.

Requirements

Education:

Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or related field or 5 years direct recruiting experience in lieu of degree.

Experience:

Minimum three (3) years’ experience in full life cycle recruiting.

Experience managing hiring needs across a variety of departments.

Healthcare experience required, Behavioral healthcare experience is preferred.
