Job description

Overview
We are seeking an experienced Microsoft Power Apps / Power Automate Solution Developer to design, develop, and implement cutting-edge business process automation solutions. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Microsoft Power Platform, including Power Apps, Power Automate, and integrations with Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Dynamics 365, and Dataverse. This role requires a deep understanding of low-code development, automation, and customization to meet business needs effectively.
Contributions
Key Responsibilities:
  • Design, develop, and deploy Power Apps applications to enhance business processes.
  • Develop and maintain workflows and automation solutions using Power Automate.
  • Integrate Power Platform solutions with Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Dynamics 365, and third-party applications.
  • Develop custom connectors, APIs, and data sources to enhance application capabilities.
  • Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize Power Apps and Power Automate solutions
  • Work closely with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into scalable solutions.
  • Ensure solutions align with governance, security, and compliance standards.
  • Provide documentation, user training, and ongoing support.
  • Keep up to date with Microsoft Power Platform updates, new features, and best practices.

Qualifications
  • Ability to obtain a Public Trust security clearance.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Dataverse, SQL, SharePoint, and cloud-based data sources.
  • 5-7 years of experience in developing custom Power Automate flows, including complex expressions and integrations.
  • Understanding of Power Platform security, governance, and compliance best practices.
  • Proficiency in working with APIs, REST services, and custom data sources.
  • Familiarity with Azure services, Power BI, and Power Virtual Agents is a plus.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.
